My name is Andrea Carolina, I am a Certified Master Personal Trainer and Certified Nutritionist. I am a mama of three from Long Island, NY.

I've been in the fitness industry doing what I love for the past 13 years.

I am obsessed with affordable everyday style, home decor, skincare, and totally love sharing my everyday faves with you.

My passion is helping driven women thrive, glow and totally win in life.

My husband is a well-known Hall of Fame General Contractor, we own a Construction Company as seen on CBS Secret Celebrity Renovation. 

As you can imagine there is always some fun projects going on and I am here for it!
